Learning to see the end of something as an opportunity rather than a punishment would help to change our whole life experience in the moment when we begin a new chapter in our lives.

Habits. We all have them. Good or bad, there are always a handful of things that we just seem to do naturally. So I’ve made a little list to share with you all, but mostly to hold myself accountable for some of the good habits that I’d like to start this year!

I had just started my freshman year of college. What a time to be alive! I had just turned 18 and moved to Phoenix completely on my own. Many students were fearful to be completely on their own but I was ecstatic.
