Screaming From the Rooftops

Have you ever been so excited about something that you literally want to scream it from the rooftops?

Well, me too honey.

When I originally started The Pages of Paige, it was as an outlet for me to capture all of my experiences and daily struggles. When I had a great day, I’d publish. When I had a problem, I’d publish. When I had a rough shift at work, I’d publish (after a few glasses of wine, obviously).

But one day I published something so raw and emotional about the experience of not seeing my dad for over a year. And it really hit home with quite a few readers. I was so inspired! I didn’t want to stop writing. I literally could not put my computer down. I decided to take the blog to a new level and as they say “make it official”. The Pages of Paige was born and so was a new chapter in my story. The Pages of Paige. Get it?! *Que the pun music*. I tell the full story about the birth of the blog in my Hashtag Lifestyle Blogger post if you want to hear a little more.

Over the last few weeks, I’ve been completely overflowing with ideas, concepts, and topics that I want to share with you guys. I wake up and immediately start brainstorming about this blog. I spend my entire drive to work pausing my music to say, “Siri, add *this idea* to my notes”. At the office, I can barely stay focused because I can’t wait to get back home to explore new topics and new graphics to make. I’ve stayed up until sun up the next morning because I’ve spent the night reading for inspiration, scribbling down notes and dreaming about what I can do with this blog. But honestly, with so much inspiration, I’ve been feeling a little stumped! I’ve taken a few days to take a step back and take a breath.

I have so much to say and so many thoughts that I want to put on paper.

So that’s where you come in my friends. What do you want to hear more about? What are some things that you’re struggling with, learning about, or just want to hear my point of view about? What ideas would make you take a few minutes to scroll through?

I’m dying to know!

I’m glad to know other people do the same thing. I have over 50 blog drafts. Pick one idea and go with it. Clearly you’re a great writer and it will be awesome.

    1. Absolutely! I jot down my ideas on the corner of napkins, notepads, the blank side of receipts — anything that’s nearby when my creative juices are flowing! Keep your drafts and publish your heart out. I’m so grateful for your support 🙂 I’ve got some fun ideas this week.
